Clicked on "Watch" - nothing happened?!

Just a gimmicky app to waste your time. I downloaded it for a TMNT 360 avatar prop. I needed a tripod to scan because it took way too long, then when it finishes, all this interactive stuff shows up on my phone, but I have to move 2 feet away from my tv to view the stuff, which is extremely inconvenient with how close my couch is to my tv. Im sure itd be cool if it worked well and didnt take so long to scan.

Tried it with cracker jack ballpark stuff. Cant continue if you dont fill in name etc but the pop up keyboard doesnt work so I am stuck. Frustrating gimmicky app. Fix the bugs!

Tried the app after seeing it on Mad Money. Most have been staged because it could even recognize my Starbucks cup

couldnt recognize a nalgene bottle; when pointed to a book it said its a cosmetic box...in short, long way to go before their AI is upto mark to actually recognize most objects around us (the ceo said on cnbc that it does so already....umm nope!); i actually dont like the UI that much either....and that name has no cache, it doesnt stick with people. ill check where blipper is in 1-2 years perhaps, for now deleting this

Downloaded after seeing on Mad Money, hasnt successfully figured out any of the objects I have pointed it at.

Up until the update I loved just walking around my house with this and scanning items in seeing how they were related to Shakespeare (it was really interesting!) also I can learn different facts about things, but now this app has absolutely no point! example, before if I scanned my dog he would tell me all different need information about dogs, but now it just shows me all different types of dog breeds! (I could answer that question into seconds on Google!) I never thought I would be writing such a negative review about this but it is left me with no choice! Please bring the old blippar back!! ☹️

Blippar recommended by Consumer Reports to "make the [magazine] come alive." I tried that. Also around the room at objects. Its ridiculous. Its worthless. Much less effective than just googling the object. I deleted the app after 5 minutes.

It couldnt recognize big logos and called Michael Kors Rolls Royce. I pointed it at my Fitbit and it didnt even take the picture - just kept throwing out random keywords (indoors, personal transportation, modern, etc.). I would think Fitbit is a huge company with an app that topped the App Store over Christmas because everybody got gifted one, so blippar should be able to ID it easily. Overall disappointed with the experience and lack of relevance, dont quite see the use for it.

Sorry for such a low rating, but it doesnt work! Needs a lot more work.

This app barely works and only recognizes general items, not brand nor specifics. very primitive

First time trying and I had a semi precious stone. It game me a shoe twice and an avocado. Although when scanning it was saying jewelry, pendant, but never the actual stone "amethyst" .

Blippar is an app with high potential, but needs much more development until it can truly be a useful app. As of right now it is far from complete, its boring to use, its slow, and most of the times it has no idea what you are pointing at. As of right now, it can only recognize simple things like hands, ice cubes, forks, etc. which are things everyone knows. Once its been better developed I think it will be helpful.

Ive seen apps try to do what Blippar has successfully done with its scanning ability but not match the interface or precision. I would have given it a 5 star but I think there should be a pause between objects as the information changes when I move the phone when I would still like to look at the previous info.

I see a blippar logo on the box but it doesnt work no matter how good the lighting. I have a 6s plus

Worthless app. Is about 1/10 on identification.

Dont wast your time. I downloaded this after seeing it advertised in Stylewatch magazine. It said to get the app to shop the pages I was looking at. Downloaded and sampled and it didnt work.

Grandson had a blast playing the game! Did not have a problem downloading app to play the game. Didnt try it for anything else.
